Marc is an avid golfer and a PGA of Canada Apprentice Professional with a passion for helping players enjoy the game and reach their goals. As the founder of Midtown Golf, Marc set out to create a welcoming, off-season golf club where community, improvement, and the social side of the game all come together.
Marc works with golfers of all skill levels — whether you’re looking to break 100 for the first time or chasing rounds in the 70s. His coaching style is relaxed, approachable, and results-driven, with a strong focus on simplicity. By honing in on one change at a time and avoiding over-complication, Marc provides clear, instant feedback that helps golfers see real improvement without feeling overwhelmed.

Eddie Maunder
Midtown Golf's Elite Golf Instruction is led by Eddie Maunder, a Class A Golf Professional. Eddie's passion for golf is evident in his coaching style, as he loves what he does and is great at it. With over 23 years of experience, Eddie joined the PGA of Canada in 2001 and is currently ranked in the Top 15 in Canada in the PGA of Canada Player Rankings.
Eddie's coaching approach focuses on making learning fun and simple for his students. He believes in working on one pointer at a time until the student fully grasps it. Eddie has received glowing feedback from his students, with success stories ranging from dropping handicaps to achieving career-best rounds.
Whether you are a beginner looking to break 100 or an experienced player aiming to refine your skills, Eddie's coaching can help you achieve your golfing goals. With a degree in Sports Medicine, he tailors each lesson to individual needs and uses techniques such as video instruction to break down elements of the game for better understanding. Taylor Smith
For the last 10 years Taylor has been working under various academies and Professionals coaching the game of golf. Throughout those years Taylor has developed a high understanding of the golf swing, tournament play, and performing under pressure.
Taylor has developed Various high school and collegiate golf champions across the southern Ontario Region. His understanding of training the body and mind creates peak performance for competitive students.
Taylor brings a simplified understanding of the golf swing which provides an inviting introduction to the game. From the full swing to the short game you will see great improvement working with this young professional. Taylor enjoys playing golf as well as coaching. He will be playing on the Toronto Players Tour this season.

Michael Heaney
Michael is a Class A PGA of Canada Professional with over 25 years of experience. He has successfully coached golfers of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players. Michael's teaching philosophy focuses on meeting students where they are, providing tailored techniques to improve their skills, learning the great game of golf.
